Model/Property Release

Where an image contains an identifiable picture of a person as the main subject, or is primarily of a private building, it may be necessary to seek permission from the person/building owner to use that image. I use a standard Model and/or Property Release form to capture this permission from the relevant person if necessary for the intended use. Samples of these forms and the wording of the agreement can be found below:

All images are taken using Nikon digital SLR with a number of lenses from Nikon and Sigma, covering focal lengths from 10mm (15mm equivalent) right up to 200 (300mm equivalent). The Kood square filter system is used, but is limited to Grads, ND Grads and Circular Polariser. Website hosting is taken care of by BondgateIT of Darlington (www.bondgate.co.uk)
